Empowering for Higher Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity: Practices for Moving and Upgrading Beverage and Brewery Production Lines

        In recent years, the beverage and beer industries have enjoyed high-quality development. However, with the market becoming increasingly saturated, the imbalance in production resources and the urgency of upgrading old equipment to smart technology have become increasingly apparent. The early-planned production bases have become uneven due to regional development, with some areas suffering from serious overcapacity and others suffering from serious shortages. If new investments are made in production bases, it will undoubtedly increase the burden on enterprises, and the idle production lines in overcapacity areas are also a waste of resources for enterprises. On the other hand, in order to meet the increasingly strict food production and intelligent efficiency upgrade requirements, the upgrading and upgrading of old equipment are also urgently needed. The intelligent transformation with small investment and high yield is one of the more cost-effective choices. These situations have become the urgent problems that major enterprises need to solve.

 
       Utilizing resources, relocating and upgrading equipment through intelligent transformation will be important business directions for many well-known groups in the coming period. Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has emerged as a leader in this field by capitalizing on market demand, leveraging its own technical expertise and experience, and successfully completing projects such as the relocation of Uni-President's factory and the transformation and upgrading of Jianlibao's factory, as well as the import line upgrade project for Coca-Cola Shanghai Meimei.

       UniGroup Aksu production base has a 24,000 bottles/hour PET carbonated line that has been idle for several years, including the entire packaging production line equipment from the upstream sugar dissolution and blending to the injection molding machine, blow molding machine, filling machine, and dry packaging.


       Zhongchen Light Machinery was entrusted with the task of relocating this production line from Aksu, Xinjiang to the Tianjin factory. The relocation period coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, and the two factories were thousands of kilometers apart, which was undoubtedly a huge test. Zhongchen carefully planned every aspect of the project, from taking photos and marking cables and machinery before dismantling the equipment, to protecting the equipment during the dismantling process, ensuring the safety of personnel, and finally lifting the equipment onto the truck. They completed the dismantling task on schedule. Before the installation work at the Tianjin factory began, they drew up a detailed installation plan and actively interacted with the factory to ensure that replacement parts were prepared in advance for any wear and tear. Through meticulous project management and execution, they completed the installation on schedule and achieved a successful first run, winning the recognition and respect of the customer.



 

       Jianlibao Zhenjiang Factory, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. undertook a turnkey project, including the conveyance of 36,000 bottles per hour of carbonated beverage line from the production line to the box conveyor, the transformation of the box conveyor, the optimization of the pipe engineering, and the relocation and upgrading of the imported palletizing machine. With the technical accumulation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Baoji Noberto Technology Co., Ltd. in the field of dry packaging equipment, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the transformation and intelligent upgrade of the imported palletizing machine, and the project was completed successfully, receiving unanimous praise from the customer.       

    Previously, Zhongchen Light Machinery also successfully implemented a large relocation project, moving and installing and commissioning the 72,000 cans/hour all-imported aluminum can production line of Jianlibao Sanshui Factory to Sanqin Factory in Shaanxi.

      

       The Coca-Cola Shanghai Shenmei Factory entrusted Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery with the project of quickly changing the bottle type and replacing the conversion parts for the imported 30,000 bottles/hour carbonated beverage filling machine. By leveraging its leading technology in carbonated beverage filling, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery successfully delivered the product and achieved the expected transformation effect.

   Meanwhile, the company successfully implemented servo drive system upgrades on over 90,000 can/hour filling and sealing machines at multiple factories under Taikoo Cola, significantly improving production efficiency.
