Zhongchen Light Machinery's Blow-Fill-Seal Machine and Sterile, Ultra-Clean Filling Technology Have Entered a New Chapter

   
      In December 2021, another high-end PET bottle blowing, filling, and capping machine was packed and shipped to the global renowned company Heineken, marking a new chapter in the development of Zhongchen Light Machinery's blow-fill-seal machine.

      Zhongchen Light Machinery, as the first domestic supplier to launch such PET bottle sterilization products, started with a high starting point in blow-fill-seal technology. For example, the Heineken Group has strict inspection standards for products, and the customer's beverage material is malt-type beer drinks. In order to achieve a 50PU sterilization effect, the bottles filled and capped after blowing need to undergo a high-temperature sterilization process of 61 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes in a tunnel sterilization machine. After sterilization, the diameter change rate and liquid level drop of the bottles need to be controlled within strict standard values. In order to achieve this goal, special optimization design is needed for the heating machine, mold, and base cooling parts, as well as rigorous testing and optimization of the blowing process. Zhongchen Light Machinery successfully met Heineken Group's production requirements. The PepsiCo/F&N company proposed an ultra-high standard that the bottom stress test of the bottle must not have cracks within 30 minutes (the domestic general standard test is not to leak within 30 minutes), and after the continuous efforts of the Zhongchen Light Machinery blow-fill-seal team, they met the customer's acceptance standards. This not only reflects Zhongchen Light Machinery's relentless pursuit of technology, but also reflects its commitment to being responsible for customers, taking customers as the center, and creating value for customers.
