Zhongchen Light Machinery's modular craft beer filling machine for cans has secured over 20 sets of sales orders.

        The COVID-19 pandemic affected various industries in 2020, but it seems to have had little impact on the domestic craft beer industry. With the addition of an aluminum can filling and seaming machine from Zangyuan Baili Xiong Craft Brewery, Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery's can filling and seaming modular integrated machine, launched in 2018, has exceeded 20 sets of sales orders.

YLGD1503/YLGD2004 Can Beer Filling and Sealing Machine 


• YLGD1503 has a production capacity of 6,000 CPH (330ml), while YLGD2004 has a production capacity of 10,000 CPH (330ml). 

• 15 (20) electronic filling valves (BALLUF electronic graduated cylinders or E+H flowmeters) and 3 (4) head capping machines are used to form the filling system, with filling accuracy controlled within ±1 ml; 

• Empty can CO2 displacement, equal pressure filling, filling parameters can be adjusted online, product categories can be switched with one click; 

• Modular design, no dislodging chain design, simple installation, just connect the energy, water, electricity, and conveyance channels, and make some minor equipment adjustments to enter the production state. 

• Overall stainless steel cleaning table, all contact parts with materials are designed in hygienic stainless steel, the upper part of the equipment can be washed with water to meet hygiene requirements; 

• Small scale, low output, designed for craft beer and other personalized products; 

• Design of groundwater-free production process; 

• Configuring CIP cleaning tanks and automatic CIP cleaning; 

Optional FFU clean unit can be used for sterile filling.
