Heineken New Zealand and Cambodia Projects Successfully Completed and Delivered

In November 2015, after the successful cooperation with Heineken Cambodia project, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. once again cooperated with Heineken New Zealand factory, signing a high-speed glass bottle beer filling line. The construction standards in New Zealand are high, with specific and strict requirements for electrical and automation, which is also a test stone for China's high-end equipment to enter the European market. Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has advanced technical level and has learned from and adopted foreign advanced technologies, successfully overcoming one technical problem after another and the harsh local standards of New Zealand. After a four-month manufacturing process, in March 2016, a team of project acceptance experts from Heineken Group New Zealand factory came to Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. factory to inspect the equipment and project progress. The high efficiency and high quality of the equipment and project progress impressed the inspection team, and they immediately agreed to ship the equipment. It is expected that the entire line can achieve mass production by the end of June 2016.

Heineken is one of the world's leading beer manufacturers, and in recent years, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has signed numerous orders with Heineken based on its own strong technical, manufacturing, and service capabilities, meeting Heineken's strict technical requirements. In June 2015, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery undertook the entire line engineering project for Heineken Group's beer factory in Cambodia, which featured three key highlights of the beer line's major machines.
The double-end washing machine is equipped with multiple overload safety protection devices to ensure stable production; for high-speed line washing machines, there are multiple soaking tanks, multiple decal removal devices, and multiple rotating or reciprocating spraying devices to ensure that the cleaned bottles meet hygiene standards; the unique designed bottle feeding and discharging device operates smoothly. The washing machine can set the concentration of each tank's washing liquid according to different production processes to facilitate reducing consumption. By selecting spraying, new water pressure adjustment, and effectively reducing the diameter of new water spraying holes, increasing the number of cleaning water circulation times, effective water consumption can be reduced, the best practice being 0.16L/bottle. By recovering heat energy from the final alkali tank and the first alkali tank, steam consumption can be effectively reduced. The IE3 umbrella gear motor and the load bottle rack can be equipped with a weight reduction design, effectively reducing the load and saving energy.
The filling and capping machine adopts an electronic pneumatic filling valve, which has the function of no bottle filling without vacuuming. The base of the wine tank and the worktable are welded with a streamlined steel plate structure, and the inclined cleaning platform is equipped with an automatic rising and lowering function for the wine tank, control ring, and capping head. The main transmission system adopts suspended gear transmission, and the synchronous speed regulation technology of variable frequency is used; the internal structure of the capping head uses an imported automatic lubricating composite guide sleeve, and the pressure compensation device for the bottle seat is equipped with a pressure-sensitive device. The open capping head can be cleaned from all directions, reducing microbial contamination, and it can also be used to cap ordinary crown caps and pull rings on the same capping machine. This machine is equipped with an imported high-pressure foaming device and a Nasim vacuum pump with a circulating water temperature control device to ensure vacuum. The CIP cleaning cup realizes the circulation system of the filling machine, and the open valve station pipe system can automatically clean the channels according to the set program. The entire production process is automatically controlled by the programmable logic controller, including filling, breaking bottles, opening and closing the wine tank return pipe, high-pressure foaming, stirring the caps, blowing air into the caps, displaying the lack of caps, and lubricating the entire machine. The operation and display are realized by advanced human-machine interface.
The pasteurizer is a continuous spraying, heating, sterilization, and cooling equipment. This machine is designed with a stainless steel frame structure, which is simple in structure and easy to maintain. For medium to high-speed lines, it has a double-layer structure, and the chain net is made of stainless steel or engineering plastics. It is equipped with current and mechanical overload protection. It uses multiple stages of water circulation pre-cooling, hot water spray sterilization, and cold water cooling, which saves water and heat. Moreover, the temperature gradient is small, which can ensure good sterilization effects and reduce breakage rates. This model is a true PU value control system with high automation.
In February 2016, Heineken organized technical, electrical and automation, and safety experts to visit the Zhongchen Light Machinery factory to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's trial performance, giving a very high evaluation to the full line of equipment, and concluded that Zhongchen Light Machinery's equipment conditions fully met Heineken's standards and agreed to accept the equipment for delivery.
