Following the delivery of major orders for the 3 main machines of a 40,000BPH line at the Budweiser Anheuser-Busch Suqian factory, in May 2014, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. began mass production of 12L and 18L PET bottled beer lines for a large brewing company in Wuhan. After the successful delivery of the upgraded equipment, Zhongchen Light Machinery designed a new PET bottle filling machine for the beer company, taking into account the filling characteristics and market positioning of its 12L and 18L PET bottled beer. The new machine includes a rotary washing, filling, capping, and bottom-insertion system, as well as a complete packaging line. The line includes a rotary washing, filling, capping, and bottom-insertion system, a cover feeding machine, a cover heating system, temperature detection and cover disinfection and adjustment system, a flash pasteurizer, a positive pressure room, a CLO2 generator, a fully automatic foam washing machine, a drying machine, a labeling machine, a lifter, a robot palletizer, and a wrapping machine. 

The four-valve main machine equipment consists of double-channel electronic valve rotary nozzle filling + long tube flowmeter filling with liquid level compensation + capping machine (constant temperature cover heating and sterilization) + bottom plate machine, filling the domestic blank for large-capacity PET barrel beer rotary filling equipment. 1. Rotary filling equipment can ensure that various product indicators are more favorably achieved, such as oxygen demand requirements. 

2) The rotary machine can create a relatively closed environment, ensuring a hygienic environment in the bottle washing, filling, and capping area; the entire bottle is carried by gripping the bottle neck, eliminating the possibility of secondary pollution caused by the flat top chain used in the linear machine.
