Zhongchen Light Machinery Held a 2022 Safety Production Work Summary Meeting

       In order to comprehensively summarize the gains and losses of safety management work in 2022, fulfill the main responsibilities for safety production, and systematically plan and coordinate the safety production work for 2023, Zhongcheng Light Machinery organized a safety production work summary meeting on the afternoon of January 6th. General Manager He Sheng attended the meeting and delivered a speech, while the meeting was hosted by Deputy GeneralManager Gao Yibing. All middle-level managers from each business unit and the production system, as well as all personnel from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department and relevant functional departments, attended the meeting.

 

 
       The meeting organized the study of the "Regulations of the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China (2022 No. 9)", the interpretation of the new "Safety Production Law"; and reported on the company's 2022 safety production situation and heard safety production work reports from the Can Sealing Department, Blowing and Filling Department, Precision Workshop, Structure Workshop, Assembly Workshop, Production Purchasing Department, and Safety and Environmental Protection Department.
 
 
      He Sheng commended the safety production work of various departments in 2022. He pointed out that all departments and employees should strictly implement the safety production requirements at each stage to push safety production to a deeper level and take the company's management to a new height. He made the following requirements for the key safety management work in 2023: 

First, we must strengthen our sense of responsibility for safety to ensure the healthy development of the company. Safety is a red line, a bottom line, and a high-voltage line that cannot be touched or stepped on. Safety is a deciding factor in all aspects of the company's operations, and it is the foundation for the production and development of the company. 

Secondly, we must adhere to a comprehensive and systematic planning approach, and implement our goals in a step-by-step and efficient manner. The "eight good" target requirements are aimed at improving the company's overall management level from a systematic perspective. We must integrate safety and 5S work, as only a good environment can lead to better safety. We must truly ensure that safety is present everywhere and at all times. 

Third, we must clarify the safety responsibilities of all parties and strictly hold them accountable for any dereliction of duty. All levels of leadership, middle managers, and workers in the workshop must assume their respective safety responsibilities, and we must implement a comprehensive safety production responsibility system, where everyone is responsible for safety production. We must truly ensure that each person's responsibilities are clear, and that the principle of joint responsibility and accountability for dereliction of duty is strictly enforced. 

Fourth, strengthen employee education and guidance to promote safety skills improvement. We should strengthen the dissemination and study of relevant laws and regulations, as well as safety skills for employees. The law is not a joke, and safe production is not a joke. We must take the discipline and regulations seriously. 

Five is to strengthen daily inspection and rectification, and eliminate all safety hazards. Promote the immediate rectification of safety hazards through daily inspections, surprise inspections, and list-based inspections.

 

  

    Gao Yibing emphasized the need to implement the conference spirit by focusing on five aspects: compiling a safety management list, monitoring safety management of out-of-town services and cross-construction work, implementing a system of inspections and rewards, enhancing safety education and training, and paying special attention to key operations and personnel. He asked department heads to take targeted measures to ensure that all departments and employees truly implement safety management in detail, in practice, and to the fullest extent, thus building a solid safety line of defense for the company's development.

    The annual safety production summary meeting further solidified the safety production subject responsibility of each department and individual at the company, clarified the direction and focus of safety production work in 2023, and laid a solid safety foundation for the efficient implementation of the company's "eight good" goals.
