Fight against High Temperature and Send Coolness: Zhongchen Light Industry Launches "Summer Sends Coolness, Caring is Around You" Activity

       Fighting against high temperatures and sending coolness, Zhongchen Light Machinery is taking action. On July 13, Zhongchen Light Machinery launched the "Summer Sends Coolness, Caring is Around" activity, sending summer coolness care packages to the workers who are steadfastly working in high temperatures, sending care from the Party committee and the labor union organization of Zhongchen Light Machinery.



       In order to further solidify the main body's responsibility for safety production, ensure that all anti-heatstroke and cooling measures are in place, effectively safeguard the safety and health of employees, ensure a safe and comfortable summer, and create a good and harmonious working atmosphere, Zhongchen Light Machinery issued the "Notice on Adjustment of Working Time in High Temperature Conditions" on July 11th.


 

      The notice requires that from July 12th, the working hours of front-line employees should be adjusted scientifically. The working hours of the fine-working workshop, structure workshop, and assembly workshop are adjusted to 6:30 am - 12:30 pm, with an afternoon half-day off. Meanwhile, the enterprise management department of Zhongchen Light Machinery should provide good logistic support services and purchase a large number of snacks and mineral water to distribute to front-line employees in advance.


        In this summer, we bring coolness and care to those who work in high temperatures. The "Summer Cooling and Caring" activity sent coolness and health to employees who work in high temperatures on the front line, fully expressing the care and love of the company's management team for their employees. It further stimulated the workers' dedication and selfless devotion to their work, greatly boosted their morale and spirits, and provided a strong logistical guarantee for summer safety production work.
