Soar with vigor and embark on a new journey | The Party Congress of the Communist Party of China in Hefei Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. was successfully held

    Hu Qi pointed out that the establishment of the Party committee at Zhongchen Light Machinery is a major event in Zhongchen Light Machinery's political life and an important task of the Party committee of China United Equipment this year. He hopes that the Party committee leadership will fully play its role in "setting the direction, managing the big picture, and promoting implementation," consolidating the achievements of the National Congress on Party Building for State-owned Enterprises, consistently practicing the "one account" concept of party building and business operations, and making the main business stronger and better. He hopes that each member of the committee will shoulder the mission and trust, cherish this trust and honor, quickly enter the role state, and ensure a solid foundation for completing various tasks. He puts forward the following five requirements for the new leadership team of Zhongchen Light Machinery and the broad cadre of Party members: 

1. Prioritize political construction as the top priority, and spare no effort to strengthen theoretical education. Always prioritize strengthening political theory learning and professional knowledge learning as the top task for fulfilling one's duties and responsibilities. Continuously improve political judgment, political insight, and political execution, solidify the foundation of faith, supplement the calcium of spirit, and steer the ship of thought in the right direction. Deeply understand the significant meaning of "establishing and upholding" the leadership role, further enhance the "four consciousnesses" (awareness of political consciousness, big-picture consciousness, core-competitiveness consciousness, and people-centered development consciousness), firmly uphold the "four self-confidences" (confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism), and truly shoulder the responsibility of leading and driving the high-quality development of Zhongchen Light Machinery. 

2. adhere to the development plan as the top priority, and make every effort to promote innovative development. In accordance with the general requirements put forward by the Central Committee of the Party to "prevent the epidemic, stabilize the economy, and ensure safety in development," further emancipate the mind and transform concepts, implement a series of systematic optimization, comprehensive adjustment, and transformation and upgrading measures, consolidate and expand the achievements of reform, lay a solid foundation for stable development, and creatively carry out various tasks, achieve new transformations in business strategies and operating models, form new ideas in improving institutional mechanisms and optimizing production organization, and introduce new initiatives in overcoming work difficulties and resolving business problems. 

3. We must prioritize talent development as the primary engine, and make every effort to build a strong team. We hope that the new leadership team can truly prioritize the company's mission and the greater good, cherish unity, strengthen unity, and strive to build a leadership collective that is united in thought, aligned in goals, synchronized in action, and working together towards the same cause. We must strictly implement the collective leadership and individual responsibility system, consciously uphold the collective authority of the leadership team, unconditionally implement the collective decisions of the leadership team, and truly achieve unity in responsibility, unity in goals, unity in authority, and unity in strength, thus continuously enhancing the overall fighting capacity of the leadership team. We must unswervingly advance reform, innovation, and technological innovation, firmly establish a safety-first and green development concept, adhere to the safety and ecological red lines, and do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, flood prevention and control, safety production, environmental protection, and other work. 

4. adhere to Party building as the first guiding principle, and spare no effort to integrate Party building with other work. First, we must strive to enhance the quality of political construction of the Party. We must adhere to the system of political theory learning, and continuously transform the learning outcomes into inner driving forces for high-quality development. Second, we must strive to enhance the quality of Party building integration with business. We must adhere to Party building as the guiding principle, and vigorously promote deep integration of Party building with business, with production and operation as the center, and innovate Party building work methods to achieve business performance as the criterion for evaluating Party building work. 

5.insist on taking the Party's discipline and integrity as the top priority, and spare no effort to fulfill the dual responsibilities of one's post. We hope that the new leadership team of the Party Committee and the Administrative Council will carry forward the good traditions and innovate to fulfill their primary responsibility for comprehensive and strict party governance and their supervisory responsibility. All Party members and officials should also adhere to strict self-discipline, uphold the bottom line, avoid red lines, reinforce defenses, resist temptations, keep their hands in check, act with integrity, do their work earnestly, and truly win the trust of the workers and the public by being clean and efficient.

 

 

       Liu Zifei, representing the Party committee of the Lotus Community, congratulated the successful convening of the meeting and expressed warm congratulations to the newly elected "two committees". The establishment of the "two committees" of Zhongchen Light Machinery marks a new page in the company's party building work and has significant meaning in consolidating the will and strengthening the company's growth and development. This is another major initiative of the community to strengthen the party organization of enterprises, expand the coverage and influence of the Party, and further enhance the cohesion of the community. At this opportunity, I would like to put forward the following three points of view:

First, we must have a long-term perspective and emphasize the importance of party building. We must achieve new progress in implementing the decisions and deployment of the higher-level authorities. We should seize the opportunity of establishing the Party Committee to further improve the leadership and decision-making system of the Party, fully play the leading and political core role of Party organizations, enhance the political consciousness, big-picture thinking, core consciousness, and alignment consciousness of Party members, and conduct Party building work in a more solid and effective manner.
Secondly, we should serve the overall situation and promote the healthy development of enterprise operations. Leverage the political advantages of enterprise party building and closely follow the actual production, operation and development of the enterprise, combining with safety production and other work, to conduct a variety of themed party day activities. We should truly make party building work meaningful and effective, lead employees to unite and work together, and strive for progress. We should provide new energy for enterprise development and make new contributions to it.
Third, we need to strengthen our efforts and cultivate our own distinctive party-building brand. We should continue to uphold our enterprise spirit of loyalty, practicality, efficiency, and innovation, and establish a party-building work brand with our own enterprise characteristics to continuously enhance the cohesion and fighting strength of the party organization, so that we can achieve outstanding results and celebrate the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
