SH12 High-Speed Can Seamer - Can sealing up to 110,000 cans per hour
     SH12 Can Seamer is an 110,000 cans/hour high-speed aluminum can seamer that was independently developed by Zhongchen Light Industry to overcome the "bottleneck" problem of domestic high-speed metal thin-walled can sealers. It has achieved a comprehensive upgrade of food packaging machinery and greatly narrowed the gap with international advanced levels. In the field of high-end food packaging complete sets of equipment, it has broken the long-term monopoly of Europe and America and can effectively match the 48,000-100,000 cans/hour aluminum can filling and packaging production lines. 

     The high-speed seaming machine has a fully stainless steel construction for the seaming area, which is suitable for various cleaning environments and meets higher hygiene requirements. The fully automatic closed-loop wheel lubrication system enables continuous operation for 24 hours and has reliable pressure and flow monitoring, making the equipment run more safely and reliably. The modular design of the changeover parts, combined with the automated one-click lifting program, meets the needs of more flexible production lines, making the changeover work more efficient and quick. The automatic circulation lubrication of the entire machine achieves low-cost maintenance of the equipment.

       The SH06 Can Seamer is equipped with the latest advanced technologies, including a fully automatic oil lubrication system with a roller sealing roller, a multi-function control tower, and automatic cleaning, to meet higher automation, hygiene, and safety requirements. With a maximum output of 48,000 cans per hour, it can match the performance and functionality of imported first-line brand products and effectively match the 24,000-48,000 cans per hour aluminum can filling and packaging production lines.
 

 
HF06 Standard Can Seamer - Can sealing speed up to 36,000 cans per hour
 
       HF06 Can Seamer is a new generation of high-speed can seamer developed by Zhongchen Light Machinery independently. It is suitable for sealing aluminum cans for beverages and beer, with a maximum output of 36,000 cans per hour. Combining years of experience in can seamer manufacturing, this model boasts significant advantages in structure, lubrication, and cleaning. It provides users with a comprehensive, stable, and cost-effective product, allowing customers to have more cost-effective production capacity and effectively match the 12,000-36,000 can per hour aluminum can filling and packaging production lines.


 
YLGD15-03/2004 Filling and Sealing Machine in One
       Zhongchen Light Machinery has developed a filling and sealing machine for small production lines, with a capacity range of 6,000 to 12,000 CPH in a series of modularized equipment. The compact equipment integrates the can sealing system and filling system on the same plate, greatly reducing the equipment occupancy area and eliminating the need for the usual can body conveyor. This greatly reduces the time that the filled liquid comes into contact with air after filling, effectively reducing the residual oxygen content of the filled product. It is particularly suitable for the high-end product needs of the craft beer industry and individual can filling and packaging production lines.

BG2000 is a four-in-one combination machine developed by Zhongchen Light Industry for flexible demand, which can simultaneously meet the production needs of glass bottles and aluminum cans for filling, filling and sealing (capping). The rated production capacity is 1800 bottles (cans)/hour. It is particularly suitable for small production needs of craft brewing and laboratory. 

On a very small footprint, the combination machine integrates 12 bottle (can) washing machines, 9 filling machines, 1 capping machine, and 1 sealing machine; filling is achieved through pressure equalization filling with electronic valves; the touch screen makes it easy to adjust individual filling valves; the capping machine is also compatible with pull ring capping; the sealing machine uses servo control technology, which is efficient and reliable for roll sealing.
