Zhongchen Light Machinery held a "May Fourth" award ceremony and a "Welcome the 20th National Congress, Always Follow the Party, March Forward on the New Journey" themed youth day activity.

       On May 4, under the guidance of the Party Committee and the Youth League Committee of China United Equipment, Zhongchen Light Machinery held a "May 4th" award ceremony and "Welcome the 20th National Congress, Always Follow the Party, March Forward on a New Journey" themed youth day activity to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China and the 103rd anniversary of the May 4th Movement, inherit the May Fourth spirit, and ignite the momentum for progress. Chairman, President, and General Manager Cha Zhengwang attended the event and delivered a speech, along with the company's leadership team, branch party committee secretaries, youth representatives, and all the honorees, a total of 75 people. The meeting was hosted by Du Ling, secretary of the Youth League Committee.



       Zha Zhengwang, on behalf of the company's Party committee and leadership team, extended sincere greetings and best wishes to the young members on the occasion of the Youth Day, expressed congratulations to the advanced collectives and outstanding individuals who were honored, and expressed heartfelt thanks to all the young party members who had made outstanding contributions to the company's development. From the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 to the incident involving the Chinese Embassy in Yugoslavia in 1999, Zha Zhengwang immersed everyone in a series of painful memories, vividly reviewing the humiliating history of "weak countries having no diplomacy" and emotionally telling the story of the "patriotic, progressive, democratic, and scientific" "Five Four" spirit. He also shared his own inspirational stories of studying and working, encouraging young party members to set lofty goals, have the courage, dignity, confidence, toughness, and bravery to do the right thing, and uphold the "Five Four" spirit, making the most of their youth and the times.

    Zha Zhengwang is very concerned about the growth and development of young employees and has high hopes for them.

 

1. It is hoped that you will take the initiative to study and enhance your capabilities. Value the splendid years of your youth and study and work diligently with a sense of urgency. Continuously enhance your working skills and improve your ability to analyze and solve practical problems. Promote the craftsmanship spirit, love and master your job, aim for excellence and innovation, and consciously engage in more learning, thinking and researching.

2. It is hoped that you will be position-oriented and fulfill your duties. Consciously integrate your personal ideals with the career prospects of Zhongchen Light Machinery, align your personal aspirations with the company's development, and combine your personal endeavors with the improvement of the collective team. Stay committed to your position, fulfill your duties, never slack off when undertaking tasks, and never retreat when encountering difficulties. Always maintain an elevated mental state and passionate drive for work.

3. It is hoped that you will be courageous in taking on responsibilities and innovative. Have the tenacity to be adventurous, pioneering and daring to be the first. Do not pass on conflicts, do not shirk responsibilities, do not bypass difficulties. Focus your energy on entrepreneurship and dedication, and constantly refine your ability to take on responsibilities.

4. It is hoped that you will temper your character and enhance self-discipline. Closely combine correct moral cognition, conscious moral cultivation and active moral practice. Strengthen ideological and moral cultivation, maintain a positive attitude towards life and good moral character, constantly temper your will, cultivate your character, and strive to develop an optimistic and open-minded mentality, an uplifting fighting spirit, a persistent character and an indomitable spirit.

      Party committee member and production director Gao Yibing read the "Decision on Honoring the 'Youth Civilization Number', 'Youth Technical Master', 'Five-Four Red Flag Youth League Branch', 'Outstanding Young Communist League Member', and 'Outstanding Youth League Cadres' of Hefei Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. for the Period of 2020-2021". The meeting leaders presented awards and honorary certificates to the honored groups and individuals.

        The award-winning young representatives took the stage, relating their experiences to their work and sharing their insights and feelings. Everyone agreed that as young people of the new era, they should always be grateful, integrate their aspirations into their work, shoulder their responsibilities, ground their ideals in action, and enhance themselves through practical experience, becoming practical idealists and young people with both aspirations and capabilities.

       The company leaders took turns to the stage to offer sincere congratulations to the outstanding youth groups and individuals, and at the same time, they encouraged young members to never forget their original aspirations and mission, to be bold and courageous, to take the lead in striving for excellence, and to play a role as the young vanguard in building a globally respected food packaging industry supplier.

       Du Ling made a closing speech, calling on young members of the Communist Youth League to study deeply the spirit of Chairman Zha's speech and actively promote the May Fourth spirit. She urged the youth groups and individuals who had been honored to cherish their achievements and keep up the good work, and to fully display their exemplary role. She hoped that young members of the Communist Youth League would contribute their youthful strength to building a high-quality advanced equipment manufacturing enterprise group and not waste their youth.
