The design of the palletizing machine adopts the modular combination concept. The entire machine is mainly divided into two modules: the precise control module of dual robots; and the servo-controlled pallet layer conveying module. The mainframe module is divided into: the fully servo-controlled gantry series and the fully servo-controlled robot series, which can meet various customer demands. The entire process, including box (package) conveying, box (package) turning platform, assembly platform, full-layer platform, and palletizing mainframe, is precisely controlled by full servo, achieving the purpose of one-click model change. Meanwhile, the equipment operates smoothly and orderly, with accurate and smooth movement. The palletizing pattern abandons the traditional box turning method and adopts the flexible and precise arrangement by high-end dual robots. The palletizing mainframe is controlled by dual servo motors and is also equipped with a German imported RBPS cylinder brake control or full-layer robot curtain control, which is fast, stable, safe and reliable. The inlet and outlet of the equipment are equipped with a static screen system to distinguish between people and objects. The safety door adopts the KIP system, and the overall safety performance meets the requirements of CAT3/PLd/SIL2 level. It has a one-stop function of adding layer partitions, and is equipped with a high-quality winding machine to meet the multi-faceted demands of customers.
