      Recently, Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again reached an agreement with the Wahaha Group to help Wahaha's factories add 20 sets of 36,000 cans/hour cold and hot dual-fill flexible aluminum can filling, sealing, mixing, and degassing equipment.

    After the confirmation of the online launch, all departments at the Jiaodabao Group paid great attention to the progress of the project. Through extensive investigation and evaluation, the group assessed the usage of production line equipment at many domestic group-owned beverage enterprises and, based on its own development goals, finally selected the innovative cold and hot dual filling technology provided by Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery. Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery's can filling and capping machines use the industry-leading flow meter-based cold and hot dual filling flexible multi-variety filling technology to produce plant-based hot infusion beverages and various new products with or without gas. The online flow meter mixer and degasser use an efficient secondary degassing system, a high-precision sugar water mixing system, and a stable carbonation precision control system to fully address the challenges of adding gas to herbal tea and achieve high-precision stable degassing, mixing, and filling.
