Zhongchen Light Machinery Held the Annual Mid-to-Senior Management Staff Performance Report Meeting in 2021

     
 

     The Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager Zha Zhengwang highly praised the performance appraisal meeting. First, he praised the excellent performance data achieved by Zhongchen Light Machinery in 2021; second, he commended the summaries presented by the middle-level managers; third, he praised the insightful comments and systematic summaries made by the senior executives. 

    Cha Zhengwang said that this year, due to the impact of the epidemic, both domestic and international situations are volatile, and the international environment is extremely unstable. Raw materials have risen sharply, but despite such a volatile situation, Zhongchen Light Machinery has still achieved good results, which is commendable and deserves congratulations. He expressed his heartfelt thanks to everyone for their full dedication and commitment. He pointed out that the appraisal meeting is a platform for open evaluation and summary of the past, allowing everyone to review the highlights and shortcomings of their previous work, identify the difficulties and pain points of future work, clarify their thinking, and clarify their work priorities and directions of effort based on the company's development plan and set targets. Therefore, he made the following requirements for the next steps of each system: 

* Sales System: Utilize the team advantage to fully leverage teamwork, and strive to overcome the imbalances in regional and product markets; be good at analyzing the reasons for failures and learning from past mistakes; strengthen internal management by implementing a selection system; fully evaluate the risk factors in foreign trade and effectively respond to them. 

Technological Systems: The sterilization project is a top priority for 2022 and needs to be broken through; the 90,000 cans/hour aluminum can equipment, which is the main product of Zhongchen Light Machinery, will be launched in the market; the remote maintenance module needs to further enhance its functions and expand its scope. 

* Production System: Combine the company's development needs with the expansion, management, and cultivation of outsourcing units; pay close attention to the fluctuations of international bulk commodity prices and grasp the trends to expand channels and improve negotiation skills; introduce high-quality equipment to improve production capacity and quality; 

In the administrative system: create a warm and harmonious atmosphere internally, show a high image externally, vigorously promote digitalization construction, and display the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. 

     Finally, Zha Zhengwang emphasized that Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again entered the fast lane of development, and as the company continues to grow stronger, Zhongchen Light Machinery will certainly become a company with quality and taste.
