The Zhongchen Light Industry High-Speed Washing Machine has successfully gone into operation at the Carlsberg Ningxia Factory.

      In October, Jialan Mountain, Zhongchen Light Machinery recently completed the turnkey project of Carlsberg standard line washing machine in its factory in Ningxia.

 

 
      Ningxia Xixia Jia Niang Brewery Co., Ltd. is located in Fenghuang City, the "Pearl of the Desert" in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Yinchuan City. The company's main raw material base is a green agricultural planting base with no pollution, abundant sunshine, large diurnal temperature difference, and all self-flowing irrigation, which has the unique climate conditions for developing the beer industry by growing barley and hops. The brewing water is pure and comes from underground deep layers. The main products include Xixia brand 9°, 10°, 11° pale beer, Ningshen brand 9°, 10° pale beer, and 800 million bottles of various capacities, shapes, specifications, and grades of green, white, and brown glass bottles per year.


 
     Carlsberg Group places great emphasis on product quality, from raw materials to equipment selection, with strict controls at each level to select high-quality partners. For over a decade, Zhongchen Light Industry, a leading enterprise in the industry, has successively provided multiple production lines for Carlsberg China, Vietnam, Nepal, Malawi, and Laos, both domestically and abroad. This cooperation is also the second time that Zhongchen has undertaken a turnkey project for Carlsberg, solidifying its partnership with the top international beer brands.
 
      The deep-groove washing machine independently developed for the project, with its advantages of water saving, alkali saving, high efficiency in removing labels, low energy consumption, and high cleanliness rate, has won the favor of customers. This good cooperation will continue to drive Zhouchen to have deeper cooperation with Carlsberg Group in the future.
