"Go All Out for 100 Days | Production and Maintenance Workshops Supporting Operations"

       In order to actively implement the spirit of the "100-day strategic implementation mobilization conference" of KaiSheng Technology Group and the deployment of China United Equipment Group, the "100-day Great Battle to Win the Starting Year" of ZhongChen Light Machinery was officially launched on September 27, 2021. The maintenance team of the production department has increased the task of equipment maintenance, improved the timeliness of maintenance, reduced equipment failures, and lowered the downtime rate of equipment. It has adopted a 24-hour standby mechanism to ensure the orderly conduct of the company's production activities.

According to the requirements of Chairman Zhao Zhengwang at the meeting, the maintenance team of the Production Purchasing Department, led by Deputy Director Yu Weixing, immediately and actively engaged in equipment management and maintenance work:

1. clarify objectives, meticulously organize, firmly establish the idea of "safety and quality first," reduce equipment downtime, and ensure that the equipment operates at a rate of 95% or more.

Yu Weixing formulated the monthly maintenance plan for equipment based on the current operating status of the equipment. With the cooperation of administrator Huang Bo, section chief Zhang Tao and all the maintenance personnel, the equipment maintenance system was strengthened, and the coverage rate of equipment maintenance was 100%. Special emphasis was placed on the maintenance management of high-precision and advanced equipment. In October and November 2021, a total of 50 equipment repairs were carried out, with a downtime of 20 days, a decrease of about 40% compared to the same period last year, and the equipment availability rate was 98%, with no equipment accidents occurring during this period. The equipment management and maintenance work was highly praised by all the workshops.




 
       2. Strengthen the construction of the maintenance team and further improve everyone's execution ability. 

According to the equipment maintenance responsibility system and the electrical safety management regulations, each maintenance personnel checks the health status of the equipment during their first working hour every day. The company conducts at least two inspections of electrical use every day to ensure that the company's electrical power is above 95% and to ensure normal energy supply. 

     According to the equipment maintenance schedule, we will carry out Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance on equipment during overtime hours without affecting production. A total of 30 equipment maintenance sessions were conducted in October and November 2021. 

* Establish comprehensive management systems for special equipment, special equipment, and environmental protection equipment, and complete the relevant responsibility content by Zhang Tao, Huang Bo, and Yu Weiwei. Ensure that all equipment is in normal operation and that there are no non-compliance items during environmental protection and safety inspections. 

    Strengthen the skills of young employees and take advantage of opportunities for major and minor repairs to provide equipment maintenance personnel with technical analysis, discussions, and summaries to improve their overall operational level.


 
       There is a goal, there is a belief; there is a responsibility, there is motivation. The maintenance team is a united and dynamic group. In the fourth quarter of 2021, we will definitely stand our ground and ensure the safe operation of the company's "100-day big push to win the starting year" campaign.
