Work Hard for 100 Days | Unite to Brighten Up the Workshop and Give it a New Look

       In order to earnestly implement the requirements of the "big push for 100 days" conference held by the company and fully create the atmosphere of the "big push for 100 days" activity, further improve the on-site environment of the workshop, and further promote the 6S site management work of Zhongchen Light Machinery, the skilled workers workshop took the initiative to carry out the activities of tidying up, organizing, sweeping, cleaning, dust removal, and brightening during the weekend.


 

       Under the leadership of Wang Weidong, the general manager of the precision machining workshop, and Chen Xinhua, the deputy general manager, a team of foremen, planners, schedulers, and technicians emerged to brighten up the workshop. During the labor, everyone worked diligently and in an orderly manner to advance their respective tasks, thoroughly cleaning the windows, walls, and floors of the workshop. Chen Xinhua and planner Tao He took the lead and climbed up the ladder to clean the dust accumulated on the columns and the overhead of the entrance with their cleaning tools; technician Lu Bingtao used a mop to clean the windows inside and out one by one; the operators meticulously cleaned and tidied up the machine tools; throughout the process, everyone worked together in harmony, and the workshop was transformed into a bright and spotless place after three hours of hard work. Even the employees themselves couldn't help but praise the results.
 
 
      After the cleaning, a large number of bright and colorful promotional slogans were hung up, making the entire workshop look particularly attractive. Walking into the workshop, one immediately feels a sense of refreshment, and seeing the workshop adorned with its "new clothes," the employees all wore smiles of joy on their faces. The auspicious red surrounds the workshop, perfectly embodying the red-hot 2021 of Zhongchen Light Machinery.
 

 
       The company's senior management and workshop leaders gave high praise to the lighting project, and affirmed and praised the employees who had actively participated and worked hard in the activity. Director Wang Weidong pointed out: The on-site lighting of the workshop is an important part of the "Great Push for 100 Days" campaign. A clean and tidy environment helps employees form good habits and cultivate high-level qualities. Everyone should always maintain the 6S standard in the workplace to lay a foundation for quality improvement and safe production. At the same time, the workshop encourages employees to pay attention to equipment maintenance and environmental protection in their future work and contribute their efforts to completing the annual task targets.
