"Go All Out for 100 Days | Assembly Workshop in Action"

      In order to actively implement the spirit of the "100-day strategic deployment mobilization conference" of KaiSheng Technology Group and the deployment of China United Equipment, ZhongChen Light Industry held a "100-day all-out effort to secure a winning start to the year" mobilization conference on the morning of September 27. After the meeting, the company quickly launched a frenzy of hard work.

     The assembly workshop responded quickly to ensure timely delivery of products to customers, and the entire team worked overtime collectively, giving up their weekends and the National Day holiday. They were tirelessly working, racing against time and quality. Every time I see these young and busy figures, I feel as if I am seeing the loyalty of ordinary Zhongchen people to Zhongchen Light Machinery, their aspirations for a better future for the company, and their faith in it.

 

 
       Pan Yongsheng entered Zhongchen Light Machinery in 2004 and worked as a toolmaker in the assembly workshop. After 17 years, he has become proficient in the assembly and adjustment of filling equipment. From learning the craft from his mentor to teaching it himself, Pan Yongsheng has taught his team members how to drill, tap, read blueprints, and assemble equipment. He is meticulous in his explanations of the structure and working principles of filling valves, fearing that he may not have covered everything sufficiently. As a skilled worker, during the peak production period, Pan Yongsheng would travel between customers' sites and the company, with his focused expression shining especially bright at dusk.
 

 
       Yu Feiyang, who entered the factory in 2013, is a kind and lovable young man. After a period of hard study, he quickly mastered the skills of a toolmaker and has rich experience in assembling and adjusting various filling machines and unloading box machines. In 2021, Yu Feiyang spent more than 150 days traveling abroad, leaving footprints in Qingdao, Pingdu, Jining, Kunming and other cities. He provided excellent installation services and technical guidance for many customers, including Qingdao Kelan, Jining Dexin Brewery, and Shandong Jinwang, and received many letters of commendation from customers.
 

 
       It is these employees who live at the factory and are willing to make sacrifices that have nurtured Redfire Zhongchen in 2021 and given it the meaning of carrying out its mission. In November in Hefei, the weather has already become cooler, but the foreheads of employees in the assembly workshop are still damp with sweat, and the tools in their hands are cold. However, this has had no impact on their enthusiasm for work, and they have always maintained a high spirit and passionate attitude, immersed in the "100-day big push": 

The Fitter 1st Class worked hard on Indonesian washing machines and Nepal sterilizers;

the Fitter 2nd Class worked hard on Cameroon and Burkina Faso filling machines;

the Fitter 3rd Class worked hard on Heineken beer and Indonesian filling machines;

the Fitter 4th Class worked hard on Huaguan can filling machines;

the Electrician team worked hard to support the electrical assembly. 

    The assembly and test-driving of each model is the result of everyone working together and cooperating as a team. They treat the workshop as a battlefield and embody the role of "ordinary positions, extraordinary roles" with their practical actions. The contributions of each person are never forgotten. The behind-the-scenes you, the selfless you, the lovely you, are all the most beautiful Zhongchen people!
