Zhongchen Light Industry Equipment Helps Expand Production Line of Qiandaohu Beer and Beverage

 

      It is reported that the expansion project of Qiandaohu Beer and Beverage Production Line has a total investment of about 300 million yuan, with a total land area of 129.8 mu. The main construction content includes the production lines of 250,000 cubic meters of beverages and 150,000 cubic meters of beer per year. According to the information, the project is divided into two phases of development, and the first phase investment is about 200 million yuan, mainly for the construction of the 250,000 cubic meters of beverage production line. It is expected to be completed by the end of January 2022.

    Chengzhou Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is honored to be one of the core equipment suppliers for the Qiandaohu Beer Production Line Expansion Project. It undertakes the core host equipment of the high-speed can beer/beverage combination line and the beer/beverage flexible production line project in its entirety. 

     Both production lines are highly flexible, automated, and intelligent. The production line positioning can realize the production of carbonated drinks, non-carbonated plant protein drinks, functional drinks, and beer. Cold filling and hot filling are both applicable; the flexible production line can handle aluminum can bottles, glass bottles, and aluminum screw caps, ring caps, crown caps, and swing caps for multiple requirements of cap operation. In terms of automation of the production line, the high degree of automation of the equipment configuration and the unique optimization design of the production line layout make it possible for the entire line to be operated by only 3 operators. In terms of intelligentization of the production line, the entire line is equipped with an intelligent production line management system and a central operation room, where the production line is centrally monitored and remotely managed.

 

      According to the Hangzhou Daily, the expansion is based on years of internal integration, optimization of organizational structure, and management mechanisms at Qiandaohu Beer. It is an expansion of "strengthening" on the basis of "growing," and it is a concrete embodiment of the concept of expanding the market for water and beverages in Chun'an. 

    The head of the Chun'an Economic Development Zone Management Committee said that the zone will adhere to the service philosophy of "Project-oriented" and set up a special task force to promote the expansion project of Qianbei. The task force will keep track of the project's progress in real time and promptly coordinate and solve any problems and difficulties encountered during construction. The zone will provide comprehensive support for the construction and promotion of the Qianbei project, with the aim of achieving a "fast track" for project construction, completion, and operation. 

    Through the cooperation on the project, the partnership between the two sides will be further deepened, injecting new innovative elements and highlights into the beer and beverage industry, showcasing the strength of Chinese craftsmanship, design, and manufacturing.
