Zhongchen Light Machinery collaborated with Hefei University of Technology on a national science and technology support project called "Innovative Research and Application Demonstration of NC Technology for Mechanical Products," which won the first prize in the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Award.

     During the project implementation, a total of 7 patents were authorized, including "ZL2013 1 0072221.5 - An Automatic Reset Safety Clutch Device for Bottling Machines" and "ZL2017 2 0080870.4 - A Bottling Machine with a Safety Clutch Device and a Bottle Ejection Mechanism", of which one is an invention patent. Four industry standards were also formulated, including "QB/T2632-2016 - Beverage Equipment - Hot Filling Capping Machine". The paper "Application of Numerical Control Technology in Easy Can Bottling Production Line" written by Zhongcheng Light Machinery was collected in the "Case Collection of 'One-CNC' Project (Anhui Volume)" jointly compiled by the China Mechanical Engineering Society and the Anhui Mechanical Engineering Society, which has been published by China Science and Technology Press. In the project acceptance conducted by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2018, it was highly praised by the expert panel and passed the project acceptance. In March 2021, it was awarded the first prize of the Anhui Science and Technology Award. 

     As a leading domestic and internationally renowned beer and beverage equipment manufacturing enterprise, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has always been at the forefront of technological research and development. In terms of project cooperation with academia and industry, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has maintained a good partnership with well-known domestic universities and research institutes, promoting the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and the marketization of innovative achievements. Recently, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has conducted research projects with Hefei University of Technology on cam profile optimization design for blow molding machines and vibration source analysis for high-speed operation of equipment, and has cooperated with Anhui University on the industrial design of filling machine series products. These research results have been gradually applied to the development and production of new products.
