Zhongchen Light Machinery Conducts Special Training on Corporate Culture for New Employees

      In order to help new employees systematically understand the development history and cultural environment of the company, and inspire them to firmly maintain their confidence and forge ahead, so that they can quickly adopt the best spirit and attitude and get into their respective work positions, the special training on corporate culture for new employees of Zhongchen Light Machinery was held at the company on May 21. A total of 75 new employees from various systems participated in the training.
 

 
      The deputy director of the enterprise management department of Zhongchen Light Machinery, Du Ling, gave a lecture on "Enterprise Culture" respectively from the company profile, products, market, services, and Zhongchen's successful cases. The senior training specialist of human resources, Li Zhen, gave a lecture on "Behavior Standards" respectively from twelve aspects such as professional ethical behavior requirements, dress code and appearance requirements, behavior etiquette requirements, safety requirements, etc.

 
      What is the corporate positioning of Zhongchen Light Machinery? Which major customers does it have in the beverage and beer industries? To test the training effect, the two training instructors also set up a quiz with prizes for participants. The trainees actively participated and spoke up, creating a lively atmosphere on the spot. There was a positive interaction between the instructors and the trainees. 

     Special training further deepened new employees' understanding of the corporate culture of Zhongchen Light Machinery. Everyone was impressed by the huge changes and achievements of the company in the past 20 years, and expressed their pride as a Zhongchen Light Machinery employee. They vowed to quickly integrate into the work team, work diligently, be proactive, innovate, create, increase momentum, and realize their own value. 

     "You should be proud of Zhongchen, and Zhongchen will be even better with you!" Du Ling hoped in her training summary that every colleague could quickly integrate into Zhongchen and become an indispensable part of it. She hoped that everyone could be competent, happy, and satisfied with their work.
