In early 2016, Zhongchen Light Machinery was awarded an order for a glass bottle craft beer filling and packaging production line. In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has relied on its own strong technical, manufacturing, and service strength to undertake many filling and packaging innovation projects for Anheuser-Busch InBev, such as electronic valve glass and plastic two-use lines and PET plastic keg beer lines. And it has successively completed a number of cooperation projects, such as the 40,000 bottles/hour glass bottle beer filling and packaging line located in Suqian and put into operation smoothly; the 50,000 bottles/hour glass bottle pure beer filling and packaging line put into use, etc.

Zhongchen Light Machinery provided high-end equipment with both Zhongchen's unique features and advanced international technology to meet the strict filling requirements for craft beer manufacturing by Budweiser InBev. The three-in-one machine for bottle washing, filling and capping with multiple channels electronic valves has a secondary vacuum system, where the beer tank is pressurized by CO2, which suppresses the intake of O2 in the bottled beer, while the CO2 content not only remains unchanged but also increases, ensuring stable filling level, low wine loss, and secondary vacuum to ensure the oxygenation index. Such equipment meets the requirements for filling high-quality beer. The multi-channel electronic valve for bottle washing ensures cleanliness and residual water. The PU precision of bus sterilization is controlled, ensuring good product taste and long shelf life, with a small footprint for the production line and high line efficiency.

The Chain-net Sterilizer is a new model developed by Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. based on advanced technologies from both at home and abroad, specifically designed for bottled beer sterilization. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, with a low-speed, high-torque reducer motor driving it smoothly and consuming less electricity. The open wall structure allows for easy observation, cleaning, and maintenance of the machine's interior by opening the top cover and side doors on both the top and sides of the box. All the spray pumps use imported products, with real-time flow and pressure detection at the outlet, transmitting the signal to the main operation panel. The spray area is large, and the nozzles are less prone to clogging. The spray pipes can be easily installed, removed, and cleaned. The hot water circulation pipe system can effectively utilize the energy resource, saving energy and reducing water consumption, with low operating costs.
