Feelings After Visiting Yuntai Mountain

       In May 2015, the company organized a trip for all employees in the assembly workshop to Henan. The trip to Henan left me with many profound feelings. Not only did I appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship of nature, but I also felt a deep respect for the survival of all living beings in nature.

    In this beautiful scenery, there are both natural creations and human achievements. Look at those statues of Buddha, which not only make me admire the perseverance and wisdom of ancient people, but also leave us in awe. In that era, humans relied solely on their own hands to create their own scenery, and these scenic spots still stand tall to this day.
    It reminds me of our present life, where technology and intelligence have already reduced our ability to move our bodies and our minds by half. We have become too dependent on techniques and simplified procedures, which have worn down most of our ambition. In this era of faster pace of life, everyone knows the principle of "no progress means regression," but how many people really strive to achieve it! Just as every step of climbing a mountain has its own scenery, there are many people who climb mountains, but only a few can reach the summit to see the most beautiful sunrise and feel the grandness of "looking down upon all the other mountains" as described by ancient poets.
     The sightseeing trip provides us with a touch of leisure and relaxation amidst our hectic work schedule. Walking into the deep mountains and experiencing the grandeur of nature also gives us a profound sense of awe. While experiencing all this, I also express my heartfelt gratitude for the humanized management of our company. I hope that the company will organize more similar activities in the future.
     After this trip, I deeply understand that everyone in society is playing different roles, and someone needs to provide what is needed. Everyone is working hard at their own posts to strive for their own lives. Sometimes I also admire ourselves for being so strong and living in this era where sandstorms and haze are rampant.
     A healthy environment is very important for people's health, and a good management system also plays a crucial role in the development of a company. As a member of the company family, I will do my best to help colleagues in need, not afraid of hard work, and uphold the fine qualities of the Chinese nation, as well as the perseverance and persistence of ancient people. Not only will I work hard, but I will also do a good job.
    Sometimes, when faced with problems at work or in life, we may feel like we are standing at the base of a mountain looking up at the summit and thinking that it is too high and difficult to reach. But when we find the right path and follow it up the mountain, we will find that the problem is not as difficult to overcome as we thought. We should learn to think in good times and learn and reflect in bad times.
Every enterprise, from its establishment, is aiming to develop in a good direction and striving for a larger scale, which is the goal of every CEO and the original intention of every CEO. Wang Wei, the CEO of SF Express, once said that if they don't have something new to appear in three days, he will have a strong sense of crisis. It is not difficult to see that even large enterprises need new things to update and stimulate, and the time required is usually shorter, and the efficiency required is higher. This also easily explains why they are leaders and outstanding among so many enterprises, because they have a sense of crisis, quality, and efficiency, and even the larger enterprise groups are more concerned about the details of every link, and no detail can be neglected. Therefore, people need to progress, and they need to maintain a sense of crisis at all times. No one will always be in a bad position, and no one will always be standing in a lucky corner if they don't work hard.
     Everyone wants a better quality of life and a higher salary, but if we just stand at the foot of the mountain and daydream, I don't think we'll be able to see the birds singing and the flowers blooming on the mountain or the cascading waterfalls. The beauty is something to be appreciated in the process, just like work, even though it can sometimes be tiring and involve late nights, overtime, and travel. But there's nothing more exciting and joyful than achieving one goal after another, experiencing success after overcoming obstacles, and feeling the thrill of hitting a game-winning shot in basketball. Only in the process can we appreciate the joy of success and the sadness of failure.
     We look at beautiful scenery, but we are also looking at the changes in life in this society. There are countless fleeting changes that we cannot control, but the only thing we can grasp is our own hands. We cannot predict what will happen in the next second, but we can, like ancient people, strive to create what we need. I think that such people would be the kind of talent that any company would need.
Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the company for providing us with this opportunity to relax and unwind, as well as to take time out for learning and reflection on our life and work. By reflecting on our gains and losses, we can lay a more solid foundation for a better life and work.
