At this exhibition, Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery showcased a 50,000BPH high-speed electronic pneumatic valve glass bottle beer filling and capping machine, as well as an 18,000CPH can electronic valve beer/drink filling and sealing machine.

50,000BPH High-Speed Glass Bottle Electronic Pneumatic Valve Beer Filling and Capping Machine has gained the patronage of AB InBev due to its excellent performance. The machine has the following outstanding features:

• Short-tube secondary vacuum filling process with CO2 gas as the back pressure; high-precision electronic pneumatic filling valve with no-vacuum and no-filling function when no bottle is present.

• Wine barrel base and worktable made of welded steel plate with a streamlined design; inclined cleaning platform; bottle-cleaning spraying (blowing) device on the filling table; automatic raising and lowering function for the wine barrel, control ring, and capping head.

• Main transmission system with suspended gear drive; synchronized variable-frequency speed regulation technology; hygienic guide bottle device; one-piece guide bottle star wheel; open guide bottle board; streamlined support components; roller-guide elevating type with predetermined positioning function for the positioning device; side-hung bottle-holding cylinder.

• Self-lubricating composite material guide sleeve inside the capping head; pressure compensation device for the capping pressure on the bottle-holding seat.

• Equipped with an imported high-pressure foaming device that uses a fine-flow hot sterile water (85°C) to foam; foaming pressure is synchronized with the host speed and adjusted in stages (gradually adjusted pressure).

• Equipped with a top-brand vacuum pump with a circulating water temperature control device (with a stainless steel circulating water tank) to ensure the vacuum degree (vacuum degree ≤ -0.085 Mpa).

• Equipped with a CIP cleaning cup to achieve the machine's circulatory cleaning; open valve station pipe system that can automatically clean each channel according to the set program.

• The entire production process, including filling, breaking bottles, venting the wine barrel, high-pressure foaming, capping head stirring, blowing air into the cap, displaying the lack of caps, and overall lubrication of the machine, is automatically controlled by

       Another machine displayed by Zhongchenqingji is an 18,000CPH electronic valve can beer/drink filling and sealing machine. This machine, which was launched, has won the favor of multinational beer and beverage giants. It is particularly suitable for the production requirements of high-end canned beer and drinks for domestic and foreign small and medium-sized breweries and beverage factories. Unlike traditional mechanical valve filling, this machine uses the most advanced technology in the world today, adopting a floating cylinder volume tank filling method, and the filling process is controlled by an electronic valve, with a constant filling capacity and a filling error of <±1ml (the actual measurement of a single valve is ±0.5ml). The filling volume can be adjusted online without stopping the machine.

Its filling system includes filling valves, filling tank, liquid level control device, filling tank height adjustment device, etc.; the piping control system includes liquid distribution device, gas distribution device, gas control station and liquid and CIP piping, etc.; the transmission system and conveyor system are powered by the capping machine, which changes the gear ratio after being transmitted by the first chain wheel, and then transmitted to the reducer. The reducer output shaft gear drives the filling tank and related components. The conveyor system includes the inlet screw, stopper device, inlet star wheel and various guardrail components; the control system uses advanced electrical control units to precisely control the completion of each filling position; the frame and safety door are made of large space floor-standing glass doors with the most aesthetics and humanization, and are equipped with various switch protection; the capping machine uses self-made or imported high-quality cap closing heads to ensure the highest level of cap closing quality.
