To ensure the consistency of product CO2 content and stability, the mixing machine used in this production line is equipped with the latest technology, which has extremely high precision in mixing accuracy and carbonation factor accuracy, effectively guaranteeing the consistency of product taste. The filling system uses CO2 as the back pressure, a high-speed rotary bottle washing-filling-capping three-in-one machine, and perfect liquid level control technology and high-precision mechanical filling valves ensure precise filling, while minimizing material consumption and waste. The bottle clamp used in the glass bottle washing machine is a design concept introduced by Zhongchen Light Industry, specially made for domestic conditions, with the clamping system made of engineering plastics and consisting of two parts: one clamps the neck of the bottle, and the other clamps the body to ensure the stability of the glass bottle during high-speed operation, eliminating the disadvantages of the old-style bottle clamp, such as difficulty in changing and long adjustment time.
