Zhongchen Light Machinery Conducts Special Technical Training for Overseas Strategic Partners

From May 11 to May 15, 2026, a delegation of partners from Russia and Africa visited Hefei Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. to participate in the special equipment technical training organized by the company.

The training lasted for one week and was centered on the service needs of overseas projects and the company's main product system.** The content covered key equipment such as mixers, PET/can/glass bottle flowmeter filling machines, PET blow molding machines, can seaming machines, tunnel pasteurizers, and glass bottle washing machines. The training focused on the mechanical working principles of the equipment, mechanical and electrical configuration standards, electrical control programs, operation screen usage demonstrations, maintenance key points, and common troubleshooting methods, helping overseas partners systematically understand the structural characteristics, operating logic, and service requirements of Zhongchen equipment.

In order to improve the effectiveness of the training, the company organized the design, final assembly, and other departments to participate collaboratively, adopting a combination of "classroom explanation + on-site demonstration." In the classroom session, heads of the relevant design departments gave systematic explanations focusing on equipment principles, configuration standards, control logic, and maintenance key points. In the on-site session, technical backbone personnel from final assembly and heads of the design departments gave demonstrations and explanations based on actual equipment, focusing on the equipment operation process, the action relationships of key components, and on-site service precautions, making the training content more closely aligned with the actual service needs of overseas projects.
