Chairman, President, and General Manager Cha Zhengwang, Deputy General Manager He Sheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Gao Yibing, Deputy General Manager of Hefei Light Machinery and member of the Party Committee Zhang Hengzhi, and member of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Director of Comprehensive Management Department of Hefei Light Machinery Zhang Qingjun attended the event and served as judges.

 
 
       Zha Zhengwang said in his speech that holding a "I Grow with Zhongchen" speech contest on the 20th anniversary of Zhongchen Light Machinery's establishment is of great significance. He highly praised all the contestants, who sang the remarkable achievements of the company's reform and development and showcased the fighting spirit and dedication of Zhongchen Light Machinery employees. Be bold and proactive, and strive to be the best builder of a respected global food packaging industry; cultivate excellent character and be a steadfast transmitter of the company's advanced culture.
 

 
       Sixteen contestants from different positions in various systems took the stage one after another. They based their speeches on their own job positions, expressing their sincere emotions and vivid language to recall their growth and progress journey, expressing their deep gratitude to the company and expressing their true love for the company and the job. The contestants' down-to-earth and warm speeches fully showcased the spirited appearance of the new era Zhongchen Light Machinery people who are self-reliant and courageous in their efforts, and the atmosphere on the scene was lively and the applause thunderous.


 
       After a fierce competition, Wan Zongsheng from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department finally won the first prize, Hu Hao from the Finance Department and Sun Weiwen from the Research Institute won the second prize, Du Ling from the Party and Workers' Union Department, Lü Xiaobing from the Engineering Spare Parts Center, and Fu Jianfeng from the Quality Control Department won the third prize.
