       On October 28, Zhongchen Light Machinery held its 2022 third-quarter performance analysis meeting and work conference on safety production and human resources. The Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager Zhao Zhengwang attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was presided over by the Deputy General Manager He Sheng.


 
       At the meeting, Cha Zhengwang listened to the reports on various systems and the special work on safety production and human resources after which he made in-depth comments on the work of each system. He stressed that in the first three quarters, faced with the pressure of multiple outbreaks of the epidemic at home and the impact of raw material supply, the various systems were able to maintain strategic perseverance and move forward under pressure. They worked together to overcome difficulties and took the annual business goals as the guiding principle. They refined the quarterly, monthly and weekly work tasks and gradually pushed forward the completion of each stage of work, achieving very impressive results.

 
Meanwhile, he pointed out that time does not wait for anyone, nor do opportunities or development. To fully sprint in the fourth quarter and submit an outstanding annual report, the following requirements were put forward:

Firstly, strengthen and optimize the main business. While maintaining the current absolute advantage in the rich product series and product lines, emphasize the main business, prominent core competitive products, and high-quality services. Avoid spreading efforts too widely.

Secondly, balance the regional business development. Make full use of various incentive or exit mechanisms to promote the effective integration of resource elements and maximize their benefits.

Thirdly, exert the self-generated hematopoietic function. Each business division should have an independent operation consciousness, strengthen self-marketing, and fully exert subjective initiative.

Fourthly, enhance the comprehensive R&D capabilities. R&D personnel should have a sense of the overall situation, source consciousness, and service consciousness, improve the ability of research and judgment and comprehensive business capabilities, and promote the rapid operation of the MES system.

Fifthly, expand the procurement platform channels. Procurement personnel should broaden their horizons, learn more, compare more, and draw on more references to enrich the company's procurement channels. Make full use of the MES system, give full play to the advantages of process reengineering, and improve work efficiency.

Sixthly, firmly adhere to the bottom line of safety production. Actively and proactively conduct in-depth safety hazard investigations, covering all directions and levels, and take practical actions to resist safety risks. Hold good safety morning meetings, and strengthen organizational and cultural construction.

Seventhly, employ long-term effective management tools. Fully leverage the effectiveness of the list-based management tools. The focus of the management department's work should be more on supervising execution and regulatory control to ensure the implementation of all tasks.

Eighthly, deepen the construction of enterprise culture. Publicity work should penetrate the grassroots level, showcase the excellent mental outlook of frontline employees, and tell the stories of those around us. In the work, consciously integrate into the enterprise VI system to present a good corporate image.

Ninthly, deepen the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with talents. Adhere to the working policy of "raising the bar high, making a vigorous effort, exerting high pressure, harnessing high energy, and achieving high efficiency", deepen the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with talents, stimulate the innovative and creative vitality of all kinds of talents, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for building a globally respected excellent supplier in the food packaging industry.

For the company's various rules and regulations and phased work requirements, actively decompose, disseminate at all levels, and implement them accurately and timely.

       At the meeting, the respective division leaders made in-depth comments on the work reports of each system, affirming the achievements, pointing out the problems, and clarifying the direction for rectification.
