Good news! Zhongchen Light Machinery has received three new patents for inventions!

       In 2022, Zhongchen Light Machinery fully implemented the spirit of the work conference of KaiSheng Technology and China United Equipment, and followed the "1456" work思路 and the overall work arrangement of "51237" of China United Equipment, making progress in various aspects of work. Recently, Zhongchen Light Machinery has obtained three invention patent authorizations, namely： "ZL202110157130.6 - A device and method for preventing drying of material in the inner wall of a material tank"， "ZL202011389345.2 - A liquid material proportioning device and a proportioning method based on it" and "ZL202011389403.1 - A bearing inspection device for a blow molding machine".

       The patent technology "A Method for Preventing Drying of Materials on the Upper Internal Surface of a Container" is a key technology for solving the problem of scale formation in high-temperature filling tanks for juice, soy milk drinks, etc. The upper surface of the material in the filling tank will dry out over a long period of time at high temperature, and over time, a drying area will form, with flakes falling off and then being mixed into the bottled container, affecting the quality of the beverage. The drying area is also difficult to clean during CIP cleaning, requiring manual opening of the filling tank, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. This patent technology optimizes the pipeline flow and control program to prevent drying of materials in the tank by using a cleaning ball to spray and flush the material at a predetermined time.
