"Eight Good" Goals Accelerate Implementation | "6S" Work Achieves Breakthrough: Zhongchen Light Machinery Holds a Ceremony to Honor Advanced Groups for "6S" Work

       On June 21, Zhongchen Light Machinery held a grand ceremony for the "6S" Work Advanced Group Award in Structure One Workshop to honor outstanding groups, promote advanced experience, stimulate the drive for progress, and accelerate the goal of achieving "eight good" results. Vice President and Operations Director Dai Zeyu, and Party Committee Member and Production Director Gao Yibing presented awards to winning groups and spoke at the ceremony.

 
 
     Dai Zeyu first expressed heartfelt congratulations to the winning team - the Laser Cutting Work Team of the Structure Workshop, fully affirming the significant progress made by the laser cutting work team in the "6S" work. Dai Zeyu pointed out that a good working environment not only can make people happy but also can improve work efficiency and is an important guarantee for safe production. He hopes that the Structure Workshop will continue to work hard, overcome difficulties, maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the site, and do a better job of site management. 

   During the "Safety Production Month," Dai Zeyu emphasized that in addition to raising employees' awareness of safety production, they should also master the technical points involved in safety production:

 

First, pay attention to "elasticity."

Large-sized raw materials and workpieces are prone to elastic deformation and vibration during transfer, which may cause material slippage. Highly elastic materials during transfer should be given special attention, and preventive measures should be taken to address the elastic vibration that may occur.

Secondly, pay attention to the "center of gravity"

In the lifting and installation operations of the workshop's irregular-shaped parts, for some irregular components, in order to make the components stable during lifting and smooth and safe positioning and avoid twisting, leaning, and tipping, the correct center of gravity position of the components must be determined before the operation.

Third, pay attention to "inertia."

When lifting steel plates and workpieces, if the workpiece turns over and slides, the "inertia" force generated is relatively large, and it is strictly forbidden to manually stop the inertial actions of large workpieces and steel plates.

The "elasticity," "center of gravity," and "inertia" of the workpiece during transportation cannot be precisely judged and measured, but everyone should remain calm and estimate them prudently. They should also accumulate experience and avoid blind operation.

      Gao Yibing pointed out that all employees should profoundly understand the spirit of Vice President Dai's speech. The workshop should continue to attach great importance to and carry out well the basic management of "6S" and the on-site fixed-position management. The "6S" on-site work not only concerns the basis of safe production, but also a clean and beautiful on-site environment can bring customers full trust and on-site experience, which has a significant driving and promoting effect on the company's sales work. Everyone should fully recognize the significance of the "6S" work, comprehensively sort out the relationship of the "eight good" goals, keep a close eye on the targets and benchmark them, accelerate the implementation of the enterprise's strategic goals, and make unremitting efforts to build a globally respected outstanding supplier in the food packaging industry.

       The safety and environmental protection director of Zhongchen Light Machinery, Wan Zongsheng, and the deputy head of the Structural Workshop, Wang Zhi, along with the workshop's planning, scheduling, and frontline workers, a total of 58 people, attended the award ceremony.
