Work Hard for 100 Days | Overcome Challenges and Face Them Head-on in a 100-Day Battle to Achieve Brilliance

     With the sounding of the "100-day hard work, decisive victory in the starting year" mobilization call of Zhongchen Light Machinery, the entire technical system staff are full of energy and enthusiasm, and are wholeheartedly committed to the hard work.

       In order to win this battle more decisively, the technical system was scientifically deployed, with "meeting quality and quantity targets, working together to overcome difficulties" as the key points. All tasks were arranged and executed resolutely. After months of relentless efforts, the 100-day battle is drawing to a close, and a satisfactory answer has been delivered: a total of 50 products have been completed, including 15 filling machines, 14 mixing machines, 5 degassing machines, 4 sterilization machines, 5 washing machines, and 7 other types of equipment.
 

 
       There are various types of filling machines, and the knowledge involved is extensive. Engineers not only complete their design tasks, but also assist workshops and customers on site to resolve various issues. They are often seen rushing in and out of the office, and sometimes they sit in front of their computers for the whole day. Despite the busy work, no one complains, and instead, everyone is filled with high spirits and passion. Among them, outstanding designers like Zhou Bo and Wang Liyong have received praise from all. Zhou Bo, the head of Design Room 5, has been diligent in his work for years, and he has been leading the charge in this major battle, taking on a large amount of design work such as table boards and protection. He overcomes various difficulties and works overtime to complete his tasks. Wang Liyong, a mechanical design engineer, joined Zhongchen Light Machinery in 2019 and has quickly grown into an outstanding filling machine design engineer in just over 2 years. "It's the best time to draw when it's quiet at night," is a phrase that Wang Liyong often says, and it is also a true depiction of all the engineers.
 

 
       In September, Zhongcheng Light Machinery Co., Ltd. received an order for four washing machines from the Anqing Huarun Snow Brewery. The order was large in quantity and had a short delivery period. The engineers in charge of the washing machine design worked overtime to coordinate their schedules and ensure that someone from the office was on duty every day to provide timely consulting services for the production system. Ye Yuanjing, the main force in the washing machine design, worked tirelessly and devoted all his energy to his work. Since September, he has been working overtime continuously, and his busy work has occupied most of his life. Now, the design task for the four washing machines has been completed on schedule, and he finally let out a relieved smile.
 

 
     Pan Dongmei entered Zhongchen Light Machinery in 1999 and has worked there for nearly 22 years. In recent years, she has been independently designing mixers and deaerators. In the past three months, Pan Dongmei has designed nearly 20 products on her own, while also handling various matters in the workshop and at customer sites, displaying the admirable qualities of an outstanding employee. 

    Mechanical engineers are the vanguard, and after their designs are completed, the process engineers start battling with stacks of drawings. The process team, although a bit older, have no less enthusiasm than young people. The senior engineers often joke: old but vigorous, unyielding in pursuit of lofty ambitions, we are lifelong Chung Lun people, and Chung Lun people never grow old. Electrical engineers have a unique job, frequently traveling between customer sites to debug equipment; the Quality Control Department is responsible for product quality control, and the inspectors have "keen eyes" that do not miss any details... In this fiery "battle," every technical department employee follows the group's call to advance boldly. 

    By the end of 2021, Zhongchen Light Machinery will definitely win this 100-day battle, and we are about to embark on a new journey in 2022. The entire technical system staff will definitely take advantage of the enthusiasm and fighting spirit of "working hard for 100 days" and continue to work hard to complete all tasks and make their own contributions to the company.
