   At the meeting, Zha Zhengwang put forward three requirements:

The 3A ability standard is a criterion for self-evaluation, and it is also a stethoscope highly praised by intelligent experts as a self-diagnostic tool for enterprise two-integration level. All departments, especially the first-in-charge, should seize this opportunity to enhance employee training and continuously improve their learning ability, innovation ability, and surpassing ability, and apply the management model of two-integration to all aspects.
✦ Strengthen organizational leadership and coordinate efforts from all employees. It is once again emphasized that the integration of information technology and industrialization is a common task for all departments and employees of the company. Each department should adapt to the work routine of being busy at the end of the year and having heavy workloads, and coordinate the handling of various affairs. Responsibilities should be clearly defined and assigned to individuals at all levels. All employees should actively cooperate with the implementation team's work and provide real, comprehensive, and systematic information materials to the consulting team during the investigation, evaluation, and diagnosis process.
