Innovative Collaboration Pattern and Win-Win Ecosystem - KRONES Partners with Zhongchen Light Industry to Build a Leading Factory Glass Bottle Beer Packaging Line for CR Snow

      Recently, KRONES, a German company, and Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. have reached an agreement on the supply and service of four sets of 57,500 bottles/hour washing machines and ancillary equipment for KRONES' glass bottle beer packaging line project at Huarun Snow Brewery's factory. This cooperation marks the beginning of a new cooperation model between two industry-leading companies in China, which is expected to have a profound impact on the orderly, complementary, and high-quality development of the beer and beverage industry supply chain and consumption end.



 

      The CR Snow Brewery Group has examined numerous suppliers at home and abroad, evaluated the features of the top-performing high-speed bottle washing machines from various enterprises, combined its experience of using such equipment at its factories across the country and feedback from its users, and incorporated the latest innovative technologies in the industry to form the top-of-the-line high-speed glass bottle beer washing machine equipment and process standards for the industry.



 
      The glass bottle washing machine equipment has always been one of the flagship products of Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery, with features such as high cleanliness rate, water saving and energy saving, and extremely high safety standards, it has been widely used and trusted by large beer and beverage groups such as Heineken, Carlsberg, Budweiser InBev, and Coca-Cola, and the design and construction standards meet the high-end needs of Snow Brewery. 

     After KRONES took on the turnkey project, it sought out four sets of large washing machines for the project from the industry's top-tier wiring suppliers in China. A team of experts from Germany and China conducted multiple rounds of technical exchanges with Zhouchen Light Industry to discuss the washing machine requirements and standards for the project. After a comprehensive evaluation, Zhouchen Light Industry emerged as KRONES' partner for the project.




 
      In recent years, under the background of high-quality development, large beer groups have closed small factories, built large factories, and installed high-speed production lines, which has become a trend. The project's implementation has created a new model of cooperation, which is indeed a typical case of win-win high-quality development in the beer and beverage industry, bringing additional cost savings and value-added effects to the owners and creating new value!
