Go all out for 100 days! Zhongchen Light Machinery is currently experiencing a new wave of production frenzy.

        In order to actively implement the spirit of the "100-day big push strategy implementation mobilization conference" of the Keshi Group and follow the "six strengthening" work requirements of Peng Shou Academician, on the morning of September 27, Zhongchen Light Machinery held a "100-day big push to win the starting year" pledge meeting, with a total of 205 employees from various departments attending the meeting.   

 
  


      The Party Secretary of Hefei Light Machinery, Chairman of Zhongchen Light Machinery, and General Manager of Zhongchen Light Machinery, Zhao Zhengwang, delivered an important speech at the rally. Zhao Zhengwang Chairman pointed out that this "Fight for 100 Days to Win the Starting Year" mobilization meeting was a unifying thought, inspiring morale, and uplifting meeting, as well as a meeting to gather momentum, meet new challenges, and achieve new victories. In 2021, with the efforts of all employees, the production and operation work achieved significant results. By August 31, the contract performance had already surpassed the full-year performance of 2020, which was worth celebrating. At the same time, Zhongchen Light Machinery also achieved new progress in innovative development:

· The successful development and trial production of a 12-head high-speed can sealing machine is expected to solve the situation where the high-speed can sealing machines (over 60,000 cans per hour) are completely monopolized by foreign countries, with promising prospects;
· The successful commissioning of a 60,000 cans per hour high-speed beer filling production line at Harbin Brewery has further consolidated the company's leading position in the market for canned beer packaging;
· In the craft beer market, the company has developed a variety of products that are well-received by consumers, with robust sales and production, becoming a highlight in the industry;
· The 50,000 bottles per hour beer bottle washing machine project, representing the world's advanced level, jointly developed with German Krones Company, has settled in the Hualing Group, marking a new chapter.

     In order to ensure the successful implementation and completion of the "Go All Out for 100 Days and Win the Starting Year" campaign, Chairman Zha Zhengwang puts forward the following requirements:
One, clarify objectives, meticulously organize, and firmly establish the idea of "safety and quality first."
All departments must adhere to the goal-oriented approach, clarify work priorities, and delegate responsibilities. Senior leaders must shoulder their respective responsibilities and fulfill their duties, ensuring that all levels are held accountable and that the work is carried out effectively. Production workshops must pay close attention to safety and quality work, while working diligently, and must also pay close attention to safety and quality, keeping safety and quality in mind at all times.
Two, strengthen the construction of the team and the construction of work style, further improve the execution ability of all levels of personnel.
     Management personnel should fully play the core leading role in this activity, and have the courage to act decisively and promptly in their work, a determination to see things through to the end.
Three, vigorously publicize the achievements of advanced exemplary figures, and solidly carry out publicity work.
    For this big push activity, each department should formulate a detailed publicity plan, go deep into the grassroots and the front line, and promptly learn about and grasp the progress of the big push activity. We should be good at discovering, summarizing, and promoting exemplary experience, fully play the role of exemplary models as a demonstration and driving force, and strive to improve the level and effect of the activity, creating a positive atmosphere throughout the company.



 
        The executive vice president and operations director, Dai Zeyu, served as the host of the meeting and delivered an inspiring mobilization speech, calling on all employees of Zhongchen Light Machinery to work hard for 100 days, struggle for 100 days, and create efficiencies for 100 days in response to the group's call. Under the leadership of Chairman Zha Zhengwang, they aim to complete the operational and management targets set for each department at the beginning of the year. They will also actively engage in revenue enhancement and cost reduction, and fully achieve the profit allocation targets set by the company. To this end, all departments must maintain a goal-oriented approach, ensure that responsibilities are clearly defined, and strengthen organizational coordination to mobilize employees to work overtime and improve efficiency. The management department should actively publicize the exemplary deeds of advanced workers and give timely rewards to inspire employees and boost morale, ensuring the success of the activity.        


        There can be no belief without a goal, no motivation without responsibility. At the conference, representatives of various systems and production team leaders from Zhongchen Light Machinery made a pledge.

     The production system representative, Production Director Gao Yibing: With careful planning, meticulous scheduling, teamwork, and hard work, with the active cooperation of colleagues from various systems and departments, we fully utilize all production resources both internally and externally to deliver a satisfactory answer.
     Structural Workshop Director Xu Chunlei: Work together and unite as one; strictly implement safety regulations to ensure safe production; strengthen quality awareness and create Zhalun quality products.
Technical System General Manager Zheng Changfa: The pledge ceremony has made me feel the company's bright prospects and the good atmosphere of unity and vigor among all employees. The technical system will complete the design task with quality and quantity guaranteed; work together with the Engineering Department and the Assembly Workshop to actively carry out the company's strategic projects; and provide efficient and effective production services for the whole system.
     Sales System Vice President of Foreign Trade, Xu Chengjun: The sales system departments will closely follow the annual performance target responsibility contract signed with the company and strive to complete all targets. Gold September and Silver October are the season of harvest, but also the time for hard work. The entire team of the sales system will redouble their efforts and press on.
Manager of Integrated Management System Chen Changyou: We will do our utmost to provide comprehensive support services, go to the front lines, and do good publicity work to create a strong atmosphere of hard work and progress within the company.
     Structural Workshop Riveter Third Shift Team Leader Peng Lei: We will greet the 100-day big push with a full enthusiasm for labor, overcome all difficulties, and dare to challenge ourselves to make our own contributions to the successful completion of production tasks.
    Assembly Workshop Forgeworker One-Class Team Leader Zhang Kai: Although the tasks ahead are very challenging and will be fraught with difficulties, we firmly believe that we can overcome all difficulties and fulfill all the company's work tasks.
     Jing Gong Workshop Car-Grinding Team Scheduling Manager Wang Hailong: Adhere to the company's strategic development direction as the core, adhere to green, low-carbon, energy-saving development, adhere to unity with all departments, and overcome difficulties. Under the guidance of the group and the company, establish the correct values, and strive to work hard for 100 days to open up a new journey of struggle for the 14th Five-Year Plan.



 
        Chairman Zha Zhengwang called on all employees of Zhongchen to race against time, to display the boldness of "wanting to compete with the heavens" and the courage and resolve of "breaking pots and pans and fighting with all one's might." He also urged them to have the determination to win, so that everyone could gather their strength, face challenges head-on, and work tirelessly to achieve their annual targets and complete their annual tasks on schedule.
