Great news! The national key research and development program project in which Zhongchen Light Machinery participated has passed the subject performance evaluation.

        On September 14, the comprehensive evaluation meeting for the "Modern Beverage High-speed Filling and Processing Technology and Complete Equipment Development" sub-project under the "13th Five-Year National Key R&D Program" was held successfully in Beijing. Xiang Xinglong, assistant general manager of the Blowing, Filling and Capping Business Department of Zhongchen Light Machinery, participated in the meeting.



        This project includes five topics: "Key Technologies Research on Liquid Drink Aseptic Filling System", "Intelligent Control Technology and Equipment Development for Aseptic Filling Production Line", "Automation Technology and Equipment Development for Aseptic Filling Production Line", "Development of PET Blow-Fill-Seal Aseptic Filling Technology and Equipment", and "Research on High-speed Aseptic Filling Technology and Equipment for Paper-aluminum-plastic Composite Packaging". Zhongchen Light Machinery participated in the "Development of PET Blow-Fill-Seal Aseptic Filling Technology and Equipment" topic, achieving many results in the areas of bottle blank cleaning and aseptic treatment, aseptic protection for blowing and filling machines, and preparation of aseptic water. Three invention patents were applied for, one of which was granted, four utility model patents were granted, two papers were published, and the task of topic research was successfully completed. 

      The members of the expert group expressed full recognition of the breakthrough achievements made during the implementation of each project, including overcoming various difficulties such as time, economy, and technology, and successfully achieving the predetermined targets. They also gave valuable advice. While highlighting the significant achievements, it is also important to pay attention to the main line of the project, strengthen the connection between sub-topics, and vigorously promote the application of breakthrough technologies in demonstration production lines. 

      Finally, Professor Gao Yanxiang, the overall project leader, expressed his gratitude again for the valuable suggestions put forward by the expert group and stated that he would improve the project summary based on the expert opinions, highlighting the key achievements of each sub-project, strengthening the summary of the sub-project outcomes, and fully preparing for the smooth acceptance of the subsequent project.


 
      
     
The National Key Research and Development Program project "Development of Modern Drink High-speed Filling and Processing Technology and Complete Equipment" was officially initiated in July 2018, with an implementation period of 36 months. Led by China Agricultural University, it was jointly accomplished by 24 entities, including the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, South China University of Technology, Langfang Baiguan Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Hefei Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pulisheng Packaging Co., Ltd., Beijing Forestry University, Guangdong Institute of Microbiology, Institute of Food Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Yuanqi Forest (Anhui) Beverage Co., Ltd. Over the three years of project implementation, significant advancements have been made in the research on aseptic high-speed filling of beverages. Multiple technologies and achievements have reached international leading or advanced levels, providing robust support for the rapid development and wide application of domestic aseptic high-speed cold filling equipment. It has made substantial contributions to addressing the core technologies that have restricted development, breaking foreign monopolies, and filling domestic gaps. Simultaneously, the implementation of this project has cultivated a cohort of high-level talents engaged in the research and development of aseptic filling technology and equipment, laying a solid foundation for research in related fields during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
