Zhongchen Light Machinery Co. Ltd. partners with Heineken Group to continue its high-end filling and packaging equipment route.

Heineken, also known as Heineken Brouwerijen, was founded in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, in 1864 and is one of the world's largest breweries. To date, the Heineken Group has over 130 breweries in 65 countries around the world, and for many years, Heineken has brewed and sold over 170 specialty, local, regional, and top-of-the-line beers, including well-known brands such as Heineken, Tiger, and Star.

In March 2014, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery obtained the demand for production lines from Heineken Group in Asia. After close contact, quotation, and tracking, the company finally won the project with its professional solutions, frequent communication, rich case experience, and on-site inspection. Heineken Group decided to entrust Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery with the construction of its glass bottle beer production line in Asia.

The production line is equipped with a deep trough double-end washing machine, which ensures a washing rate of over 14 minutes, achieving a separation of dirty and clean zones, and is equipped with safety measures such as hydrogen exhaust. It is also equipped with comprehensive water-saving measures. The concentrated heat exchanger sterilizer is water-saving and energy-saving, effectively controlling the PU value. We work with HaiFu Company to provide EBI and LBI/LBD, controlling the bottle source quality before filling and ensuring the finished product quality after filling and labeling. The entire line's conveyor system uses SEW PM IE4-rated motors, providing the best solution for customers to save energy and reduce costs.

It is worth mentioning that Zhongchen Light Machinery is one of the few glass bottle packaging equipment suppliers recognized by Heineken in China! This is inseparable from Zhongchen Light Machinery's persistence in walking the high-end equipment route. To date, Zhongchen Light Machinery has provided more than 100 high-efficiency production lines for each of the high-end beer groups such as Budweiser InBev, Carlsberg, Qingbei, and Huarun, with the highest speed reaching 50,000 bottles per hour, and individual single machines reaching 80,000 bottles per hour at high speed.
